Welcome to Civil Site Designs! I’m Tonya Singletary, P.E., and I founded this business with a passion for creating innovative and reliable civil engineering solutions. With over 25 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects—from small retail to commercial large shopping centers, education campuses, healthcare facilities and residential neighborhoods. Every site is unique, and I take pride in designing spaces that are not only functional but community friendly.
I’m a proud graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (1997) and Master of Science in Civil Engineering (1998). My experience has given me the ability to tackle complex site challenges, ensuring that each project is developed with precision, efficiency, and sustainability in mind.
Beyond my work, I’ve been happily married for 15 years, and my husband and we are raising two wonderful children. Civil Site Designs is also NC HUB Certified, reflecting my commitment to excellence and inclusion in North Carolina’s engineering industry.
